Resources is a standard ExpressionEngine module and extension. It installs no differently than any other module and extension. Simply follow these steps to get started.

Installing

To Install the Resources Module:

1. Copy the resources folder into your system/modules directory
2. Copy the lang. resources.php into your system/language/english directory
3. Copy the ext. resources_ext.php into your system/extensions/ directory
4. Install the Resources module in the Modules control panel
5. Enable the Resources extension

Uninstalling

NOTE: When you remove Resources, all of its information (tables) will be deleted from the database.

To Remove the Resources Module:

1. Disable the Resources extension
2. Remove the Resources module
3. You can safely remove all files

Upgrading

To Upgrade the Resources Module:

1. Copy the resources folder into system/modules - be sure not to overwrite your downloads directory, if you placed it there
2. Copy lang. resources.php into system/language/english
3. Copy ext. resources_ext.php into system/extensions/
4. Access the Resources module to update the database

NOTE: DO NOT DISABLE THE MODULE! You will lose all of your data if you do.

5. You can safely disable and re-enable the extension, if necessary.
