Order Detail
The Order Detail panel is shown by default when you access the FoxEE module. This is where you will want to look at your orders every day and see what is going on with your store.
The Order Edit form allows you to edit nearly everything about the order. You can edit something in the order and then reprocess it for instance, in an unforseen error in the order.
You can search for orders, print order pages, and sort orders waiting to be shipped.
With the advanced search you can get orders that match several criteria. You can also save searched you make.
Orders Panel
The Orders Panel will show the day's activity and can be sorted by several criteria:
- Current Orders
- Paid
- Not Paid
- Waiting to Ship
- Completed Orders
- All Orders
- Past 7 Days
- Past 30 Days
- Past 180 Days
- Past 365 Days
- Errors
Order Detail Section
You can view your order details and print them out if necessary. You can also delete the order if you have to. Another function is reprocess and edit order. When you reprocess the order it's just as it would be processed from the datafeed.
