I’m creating a site that the admin and client needs to upload documents securely and only visible to that one individual (and the admin)

So far I’m only seeing how to add a resource that’s limited to a resource group. Is there a way to assign a resource to just a registered member? Or do I have to create a child group and assign only that member to it?

You are correct, you will need to make a group for each individual or a child group for each and assign them to it.

Ok - that seems to work.

I wish it were a bit simpler - like on the Resources tab of the publish page there was a drop-down memberlist (of just a certain member group assigned in the settings - ie: just a “Clients” group) underneath the Resource Group drop-down. That way I could easily assign a document to a member on one page instead of the extra steps of creating a new group. Oh well. Feature request? Thanks.
