Ok, probably a dumb question, but does FoxEE do this? If so, when does FoxEE send the notification email out?

By CC, you mean sending a email to the admin?

Expiration emails are sent after 90% of the subscription has lapsed.

foxee will send out emails for payment expiry based on the foxycart datafeed

Customers will be included in the payment_methods_soon_to_expire node if their credit card expiration month is the current month, or the next month. So if the expiration month is 05, the customer will be included if the current month is 04 or 05.
