I keep getting invalid path errors when I try to add this in the settings? I’ve tried the full URL and localized and neither works. Any clues?

BTW- Documentation for this module seems practically non-existent at the present time and I’m hoping that there’s something coming very soon.

Hi Mike,

The destination path should be your server path. Also set the directory permissions to 777. I just went to find this information in the docs and it seems the settings page isn’t showing up, thanks for the heads up. I’ll get it fixed this weekend.

Thanks for the fast response. I’ve used the server path and set permissions to 777 and it still doesn’t work. Is there something I’m doing wrong from the attached pic?

Also, I’m not seeing any real docs for this module….Just this page: http://www.hccdevelopment.com/Docs/Resources/ that seems to have a paragraph about WHAT the module can do but not HOW to make it do it? Am I not seeing something?

that path wont work, you need the full server path to your directory. Its the same server path that can be found in EE’s general settings under the themes folder, but selected to whatever directory you decide. The module also includes a downloads directory in the module folder but it is not required that you store your resources there.

At the bottom of the docs is an index of the docs pages, kinda grey, im working on the selected state portion of it still. But there you will find all of the tags, parameters and variables.

Hi Mike,

The destination path you have in your pic doesn’t seem right to me.

‘/resources/’ would mean u placed the upload folder on the root of your server.  This field needs an absolute or relative path in order to save a setting.  Please double check the path of your folder.

Thanks
