Hey Admins -
Can we get any update on the current state of Foxee?

Their hasn’t been much stated publicly, and I’d like to know if we can expect continued updates?

No sweat either way, we just need to start looking for other options if their isnt going to be further development.

One-Time Donation amount not showing up in cart

If you go to: http://www.rutherfordgop.org/store/memberships/

Scroll to the bottom you’ll see a One-Time Donation option.

When you enter the amount and proceed to checkout you only see a $0 in the cart?

I’ve gone over this a few times and can’t figure out what I’m missing. I’m sure it is something simple.

Any ideas?

Reducing inventory on add to cart

Is there a way to reduce inventory on add to cart? I appreciate that this could lead to inventory being incorrect if orders get abandoned but currently it’s possible for users to checkout when the inventory has been reduced to zero when another order has been completed before you complete the checkout.

Access Denied to Downloadable

After purchasing a few downloadable items, our customers are only able to download a maximum of 2. After 2 have been downloaded, it won’t allow them to download any more, nor the ones that they already successfully downloaded.

The error being thrown is: “Access Denied to Downloadable”

- The download limit for all items is set to 3
- We’ve tested this ourselves, buying 4 items at a time and then only being able to download 2. Once 2 downloads have been triggered, all remaining attempts yield the same error.
- Have tried this with new customer accounts and old
- Have tried resetting browser completely to ensure cookies/caches/sessions aren’t the culprit

Have only been able to find one other thread with this similar error and it was for a much older version of Foxee.

Any ideas here? Thanks in advance!

Undefined variable error and missing language file error

I am getting a when accessing the Resources Module from the Module Control Panel.

Notice: Undefined variable: to in ...(system)/modules/resources/mcp.resources.php on line 1928

Also getting a a missing language file error when clicking the next pagination link in the modules control panel.

Incomplete Order Information On Admin Receipt

An order came through this morning on a recently launched website which contains incomplete order information on receipt shown to the Admin in EE. Three products were ordered but only one is showing on the EE receipt on the order tab. The information is correct on the FoxyEE receipt.

I checked the database and there is only one product listed in the order detail table for this order. Seems like the data from FoxyCart isn’t being completely pushed into the EE database. There are no errors in EE or FoxyCart.

The site was running version 1.10.51.024 when the order came in. I just upgraded to version 1.10.51.027.

Anyone else having this problem? Any fix?

MSM, store not on ‘main’ site

hello,

i’ve an MSM setup, with a temp IP address as the main site (so unable to use subdomains). the store is in a secondary microsite, in a subdirectory (/foo/shop)

question i have, is which of the MSM sites should i configure FoxEE in? the general settings’ FC Datafeed url is different, depending on which site you’ve switched to in the control panel (http://xx.x.xxx.xx/index.php?ACT=21 vs http://xx.x.xxx.xx/foo/index.php?ACT=21). i’ve tried syncing with FC in each msm site but seem to be missing something - getting a blank page when testing the datafeed…

Extra close button

I find the the {foxee_headers} tag is causing an extra close button on the foxybox. Is there a way to fix this?
